Job summary

Consor is seeking a Professional Engineer to design and deliver water and wastewater infrastructure projects. You will mentor junior staff, engage clients, and guide projects through planning, design, permitting and construction.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with civil, mechanical, electrical, and environmental teams to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline.
• PE license required.
• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD & Civil 3D is a plus but not required.
• Hybrid office/field environment with regular site exposure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and oversee the development of design plans, specifications, reports, calculations, and construction documents for water and wastewater systems.
• Apply engineering principles and regulations to develop technically accurate, cost-effective solutions.
• Conduct hydraulic modeling, flow analyses, and system evaluations for master planning and capital programs.
• Coordinate design efforts with multidisciplinary teams to ensure deliverables are technically consistent.
• Provide technical leadership, scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and QA/QC across project phases.
• Prepare permitting applications and regulatory submittals with utilities and agencies.
