Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and supporting the growth of teams across regions.

This role requires active state licensure, a BA with 1000 field work hours and ABA experience, plus supervised experience per state regulations. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as required by local regulations.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and one year of ABA experience.
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s program per WAC 246-805-210 and complete 135 classroom hours in ABA topics.
• Complete supervised experience under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure policy/state regulatory compliance.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all documentation—E Sign, post hire docs, compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Mentor and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards aligned with licensure and certification requirements.
