• Active state licensure per local regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience.
• Complete WA state requirements: 135 classroom hours in ABA topics.
• Complete supervised experience per WA rules (WAC 246-805-230).

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams for efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign, post-hire forms, and compliance docs is complete on time.
• Mentor and develop supervisees and staff.
• Uphold clinical and ethical standards as per licensure and certification requirements.
