Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking an experienced LABA/Program Manager to supervise ABA service delivery and coordinate care across regional teams. The role emphasizes strong clinical judgment, leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

The candidate will oversee scheduling, maintain documentation accuracy, and mentor supervisees while ensuring compliance with licensure requirements. Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree and 1000 field work hours in ABA with oversight experience.
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s degree program under WAC 246-805-210 with at least 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics.
• Complete a supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
