Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager in Washington to oversee ABA service delivery and ensure continuity of care. The role emphasizes strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and team development across regional units.

You will supervise documentation, scheduling, and staff development while maintaining compliance with licensure standards. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged to apply and a hybrid work arrangement is available.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure is required.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience.
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s program under WAC 246-805-210; complete 135 hours in behavior-analysis topics (WAC 246-805-220).
• Complete a supervised experience requirement (WAC 246-805-230).

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation (E Sign, post-hire docs, compliance forms) is accurate and timely.
• Mentor and support supervisees’ professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure requirements.

Education

Bachelor's degree

1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience

135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics (WAC 246-805-220)

WAC 246-805-210 compliance

Supervised experience (WAC 246-805-230)

Active state licensure
