PBS Corp. LABA/Program Manager in Washington state oversees and coordinates high quality Applied Behavior Analysis service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and supporting team growth. This role emphasizes compliance with licensure requirements, staff supervision, scheduling, and documentation accuracy, while promoting professional development and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience.
• 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics as per WAC 246-805-220.
• Complete supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree + 1000 field work hours + 1 year ABA experience

Active state licensure

WAC 246-805-210 compliance

135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics (WAC 246-805-220)

Supervised experience requirement (WAC 246-805-230)

Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged
