Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and supporting team growth.

Applicants must hold active state licensure, a bachelor’s degree with 1000 field work hours and one year of ABA experience, and complete WA-specific supervised hours and coursework. Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience.
• Complete at least 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics (WAC 246-805-210/220).
• Complete a supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation (E Sign, post hire documents, compliance forms) is completed on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
