Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks a LABA/Program Manager to oversee and coordinate ABA service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and staff development. The role emphasizes clinical judgment and organizational leadership within PBS Corp. A bilingual English/Spanish background is welcomed.

Responsibilities include coordinating with regional teams, maintaining standards, managing scheduling, and ensuring timely documentation and regulatory compliance across programs.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure required
• 1000 field work hours and one year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s degree program under WAC 246-805-210; complete at least 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics described in WAC 246-805-220
• Complete a supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements
