PBS Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery and ensure continuity of care across regional teams. This leadership role emphasizes strong clinical judgment, organizational oversight, and adherence to PBS Corp. standards. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged to apply.

The position requires active state licensure, a bachelor's degree with extensive ABA hours, and supervised experience as per WA regulations. Hybrid work arrangements may be available.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as required by local regulations.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year of ABA experience.
• Completed 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics (WAC 246-805-220).
• Completed supervised experience requirement (WAC 246-805-230).

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation - including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms - is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.

Education

Active state licensure per local regulations
