Job summary

Varco Home Health in Texas seeks a PRN LVN to deliver one-on-one in-home nursing care across Saginaw and surrounding areas. You’ll set your own schedule, providing compassionate support to patients and families in the comfort of their homes.

You’ll perform assessments, administer medications, manage wounds and catheters, and document care with the RN Case Manager. Strong clinical and communication skills, reliable transportation, and an active Texas LVN license are required.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license is required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and communication abilities.
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled in-home nursing visits per the plan of care.
• Perform vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and catheter care.
• Observe changes and report to RN Case Manager.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications and disease management.
• Complete accurate documentation and coordinate with the care team.
