Job summary

Varco Home Health is seeking a PRN Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide one-on-one in-home nursing visits in the Lubbock, TX area. This role offers flexible, self-managed scheduling designed for LVNs seeking work-life balance or supplemental income.

Responsibilities include performing nursing visits per care plan, vital signs, wound and catheter care, and patient education. Travel to patient homes is required, with communication to the RN Case Manager and documentation in the EMR.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license (required).
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to patient needs.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience preferred.
