Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or counselling and licensure as LCSW or LPCC.
• Dual licensure for IN and KY preferred but not required.
• Must have supervision training to provide clinical supervision.
• Knowledge of theoretical approaches to counseling and strategies for applying CBT concepts.
• Additional knowledge of clinical aspects of the mental health field.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services including psychosocial assessment, individual, family, and group therapies that meet established standards of care.
• Develop patient treatment plans with patient/family participation and reassess treatment plans appropriately.
• If assigned to Outpatient Behavioral Health and independently privileged, may provide for initial patient assessment.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and assist in interpretation of performance improvement data.
• If qualified, may provide clinical supervision and participate in consultation, maintain confidentiality and ethical conduct.
