Job summary

Baptist Health Medical Group is hiring a Licensed Therapist for the Virtual Care Clinic. This is a Work-from-Home position providing clinical services including psychosocial assessments and individual, family, and group therapies that meet established standards of care.

You will develop patient treatment plans with patient/family participation and reassess plans as needed. If assigned to Outpatient Behavioral Health, you may provide initial patient assessments and contribute to performance

Qualifications

• Masters degree in social work or counselling and licensure (LCSW or LPCC).
• Supervision training to provide clinical supervision.
• Knowledge of cognitive/behavioral therapy concepts and clinical approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial assessment and individual, family, and group therapies.
• Develop and reassess patient treatment plans with patient/family participation.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and maintain professional conduct.
