Baptist Health Medical Group is hiring a Licensed Therapist for the Virtual Care Clinic in a work-from-home role. You will deliver clinical services including psychosocial assessments, individual, family, and group therapies, and develop patient treatment plans with family involvement.

Responsibilities include potential initial assessments, participation in performance improvement, and providing clinical supervision if qualified, all while maintaining confidentiality and ethical conduct.

Formación

• Master's degree in social work or counselling is required.
• Licensed as LCSW or LPCC is required; dual licensure preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of CBT concepts and ethical patient care is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Provide psychosocial assessment and individual, family, and group therapies.
• Develop and reassess patient treatment plans with patient/family participation.
• May conduct initial assessments if assigned to outpatient behavioral health.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and uphold ethical conduct.
