Baptist Health Medical Group is seeking a Licensed Therapist for the Virtual Care Clinic, a work-from-home role providing psychosocial assessments and individual, family, and group therapies that meet established standards of care. Develops treatment plans with patient/family participation; may provide initial assessments in outpatient settings and participates in performance improvement activities.

Supervision possible if qualified.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in social work or counseling with licensure (LCSW/LPCC).
• Dual IN/KY licensure preferred but not required.
• Supervision training required to supervise in the program.
• Knowledge of current counseling theories and CBT concepts.

Responsabilités

• Provide psychosocial assessments and individual, family and group therapies.
• Develop and reassess patient treatment plans with patient/family participation.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and interpret data.
• May provide clinical supervision if qualified and privileged.
