Job summary

Baptist Health Medical Group is hiring a Licensed Therapist for the Virtual Care Clinic. This work-from-home role delivers psychosocial assessments and individual, family, and group therapies following established standards of care.

Minimum qualifications include a Master's degree in social work or counselling and licensure as LCSW or LPCC. Dual KY/IN licensure preferred but not required; supervision training and knowledge of CBT concepts are expected.

Qualifications

• Must hold LCSW or LPCC licensure.
• Strong knowledge of cognitive/behavioral therapy concepts.
• Experience with psychosocial assessment and therapy modalities.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial assessment and individual, family, and group therapies.
• Develop patient treatment plans with patient/family participation and reassess as needed.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and interpretation of data.
• May provide clinical supervision if qualified.
