Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field required.
• Ohio licensure: LSW, LISW, LPC, LMFT, or LPCC required.
• Ability to perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and document care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality therapeutic services and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clients and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, progress, and plans.
