Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field required.
• Current Virginia licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• Experience conducting assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and evidence-based therapy services.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral health treatment models, trauma-informed care, and best practices in mental health services.
• Excellent communication, documentation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams while managing a diverse caseload.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current vehicle insurance required for community-based service delivery, when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and utilize standardized tools to identify client needs, establish diagnoses when appropriate, and inform individualized treatment planning.
• Develop treatment plans with measurable goals and objectives in collaboration with individuals, families, and treatment team members.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based interventions that address mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral disorders, and other emotional challenges.
• Monitor client progress, maintain consistent contact and follow-up, adjust treatment plans as needed, and coordinate referrals to additional resources and support services.
• Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and coordination with emergency resources when necessary to ensure client safety and continuity of care.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with all payer, regulatory, licensing, accreditation, and organizational requirements.
