• Must hold an active Ohio professional license (LSW/LISW/LPC/LMFT/LPCC).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to determine needs and interventions.
• Create individualized treatment plans with clients and families.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Document all client interactions and treatment progress per policy.
• Engage in outreach to promote services and attract referrals.
• Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Develop safety plans and respond to crises when necessary.
