Health Connect America, Inc. seeks a Licensed Therapist to deliver evidence-based behavioral health services in Virginia. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group therapy to clients across our network.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensure safety planning, and coordinate with community resources. A valid VA license (LPC/LMFT/LCSW) and a Master’s degree are required, with ongoing professional development encouraged.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field required.
• Current Virginia licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• Experience conducting assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and evidence-based therapy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality behavioral health services using licensed clinical skills.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and inform treatment planning.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy with evidence-based approaches.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and coordinate referrals as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning when required.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and regulatory compliance.
