Job summary

OhioGuidestone is seeking a licensed behavioral health professional to provide diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, therapy, and counseling for adults, adolescents, and families. Services may be delivered via telehealth, outpatient offices, or community settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree from a relevant accredited program; or
• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years’ experience in social work or counseling; or
• Bachelor’s Degree in a behavioral science or nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling and psychotherapy to a diverse caseload.
• Complete documented treatment plans after first encounter and review progress in each notes.
• Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with client, family, and caregivers.
• Respond to mental health emergencies in a culturally responsive manner.
• Coordinate referrals and community resources as needed.
