You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide individual/family/group therapy, and coordinate care with schools and providers, emphasizing evidence-based practice and thorough documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field required.
• Current Virginia licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• Excellent communication, documentation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and inform treatment planning.
• Develop measurable, collaborative treatment plans with individuals and families.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based approaches.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and coordinate referrals as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning to ensure client safety.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation in compliance with standards.
