Job summary

BlueSky Telepsych is seeking licensed mental health professionals to provide telehealth psychotherapy from home with flexible days and hours chosen by the clinician. The role supports patient-centered care and collaborative practice within a clinician-led team.

Must hold LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC licensure and be open to licensing in other states. Strong communication, organization, and time management skills are essential; prior experience with diverse populations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) and open to licensing in alternative states.
• Significant prior clinical experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ and transgender community desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth psychotherapy from home with patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with a team of therapists and prescribers, with monthly coordination meetings.

• We emphasize regular staffing with your collaborating prescribers, at least monthly, to discuss patient cases or clinical topics.
• Clinical work is performed from home, and days and hours are per the clinician's choosing. Clinical team meetings are also virtual.
• Compensation is hourly, there is a medical insurance benefit for those therapists able to offer full-time hours.
• Seeking someone excited to collaborate actively in a team-based format to ensure coordination between our Psychiatric and counselor providers.

Job Requirements:
