BlueSky Telepsych is a clinician-led telehealth behavioral health provider enabling therapists to practice from home with patient-centered care. Clinicians choose days and hours, collaborating with prescribers and a team of therapists in a flexible, team-based setting.

We emphasize regular staffings with collaborating prescribers and offer benefits for full-time hours, plus the opportunity to coordinate between Psychiatry and counseling providers in a fully remote environment.

Qualificações

• Must hold an active clinical license and be eligible to obtain licenses in additional states.
• Experience with diverse populations including LGBTQ+ and transgender individuals preferred.
• Strong communication and time-management skills required.
• Solid computer and telehealth platform proficiency expected.

Responsabilidades

• Provide psychotherapy via telehealth to diverse patients.
• Maintain autonomy with patient-centered care and minimal administrative interference.
• Participate in regular team meetings with prescribers and therapists.
• Coordinate care with psychiatric and counseling providers.

• Enjoy the autonomy of practicing in the best interest of the patient without corporate administrative interference!
• Caseloads build rapidly, just speak with anyone in the company!
• We are growing in the form of teams composed of multiple therapists and a prescriber.
• We emphasize regular staffing with your collaborating prescribers, at least monthly, to discuss patient cases or clinical topics.
• Clinical work is performed from home, and days and hours are per the clinician's choosing. Clinical team meetings are also virtual.
• Compensation is hourly, there is a medical insurance benefit for those therapists able to offer full-time hours.
• Seeking someone excited to collaborate actively in a team-based format to ensure coordination between our Psychiatric and counselor providers.

Job Requirements:

• Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) and open to licensing in alternative states (AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA)
• Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred but not required.
• Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ and transgender community desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills
