Job summary

BlueSky Telepsych is seeking licensed clinicians to provide telehealth psychotherapy from home with flexible hours.

You will work in a collaborative team of psychiatrists and counselors, meeting monthly, with autonomy to prioritize patient care.

Positions compensate on an hourly basis, with health insurance offered for full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) and open to licensing in alternative states (AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA)
• Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist preferred but not required
• Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ and transgender community desired
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Solid computer and basic technology skills

Responsibilities

• Enjoy the autonomy of practicing in the best interest of the patient without corporate administrative interference
• Caseloads build rapidly; communicate with colleagues to coordinate care
• Work within teams of therapists and a prescriber to ensure coordinated care
• Regular staffing with collaborating prescribers at least monthly to discuss patient cases
• Clinical work is performed from home; days and hours are clinician's choice, with virtual team meetings
• Compensation is hourly; medical insurance is available for full-time therapists
• Collaborate actively in a team-based format to coordinate psychiatric and counselor providers
