BlueSky Telepsych offers clinician-led telehealth psychotherapy with flexible scheduling and autonomy to practice in the patient’s best interest. Clinicians collaborate with prescribers and a team of therapists to coordinate comprehensive care from home, choosing days and hours that fit their lifestyle.

Licensure in multiple states is supported, and excellent communication, organization, and tech skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Solid computer and basic technology skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide psychotherapy via telehealth from home with self-directed scheduling.
• Collaborate actively with prescribers and counselor providers to coordinate care.
• Engage in regular team meetings, typically monthly, to discuss cases and clinical topics.
• Maintain documentation and ensure continuity of care in a patient-centered approach.

• Enjoy the autonomy of practicing in the best interest of the patient without corporate administrative interference!
• Caseloads build rapidly, just speak with anyone in the company!
• We are growing in the form of teams composed of multiple therapists and a prescriber.
• We emphasize regular staffing with your collaborating prescribers, at least monthly, to discuss patient cases or clinical topics.
• Clinical work is performed from home, and days and hours are per the clinician's choosing. Clinical team meetings are also virtual.
• Compensation is hourly, there is a medical insurance benefit for those therapists able to offer full-time hours.
• Seeking someone excited to collaborate actively in a team-based format to ensure coordination between our Psychiatric and counselor providers.

Job Requirements:

• Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) and open to licensing in alternative states (AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA)
• Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred but not required.
• Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ and transgender community desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills
