BlueSky Telepsych is a clinician-led behavioral health company delivering telehealth psychotherapy with flexible hours and a strong emphasis on patient-centered care.

Clinicians collaborate with psychiatric prescribers and counselors in a team-based format, with regular monthly staffings. All work is performed from home, with virtual team meetings and self-directed scheduling.

Qualificações

• Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) and open to licensing in alternative states (AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA).
• Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred but not required.
• Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ and transgender community desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate actively in a team-based format to coordinate between Psychiatric and counselor providers.
• Participate in regular staffing with collaborating prescribers, at least monthly, to discuss patient cases or clinical topics.
• Perform clinical work from home with days/hours chosen by the clinician; attend virtual clinical team meetings.

• Compensation is hourly, there is a medical insurance benefit for those therapists able to offer full-time hours.
