Job summary

BlueSky Telepsych is seeking licensed clinicians to provide telehealth psychotherapy from home, choosing your own schedule. You will join a clinician-led, team-based platform that coordinates between psychiatric prescribers and counselors to deliver integrated care.

Autonomy with patient-centered care, regular collaboration with prescribers, and hourly compensation with medical insurance for full-time hours are offered to qualified therapists licensed in LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC across the

• Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) and open to licensing in additional states.
• Significant prior clinical experience as a psychotherapist preferred but not required.
• Experience with diverse populations including LGBTQ+ and transgender individuals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth psychotherapy with autonomy in patient-centered care.
• Build rapidly growing caseloads through collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
• Coordinate with collaborating prescribers to discuss patient cases monthly.
• Participate in regular virtual team meetings and case reviews.

• Clinical work is performed from home, and days and hours are per the clinician's choosing. Clinical team meetings are also virtual.
• Compensation is hourly, there is a medical insurance benefit for those therapists able to offer full-time hours.

Job Requirements:

• Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) and open to licensing in alternative states (AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA)
• Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred but not required.
• Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ and transgender community desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills
