BlueSky Telepsych is a clinician-led, patient-centered behavioral health company providing telehealth psychotherapy and psychiatric care with flexible, home-based work.

Clinicians enjoy autonomy to practice in the patient’s best interests without heavy corporate interference, with growing teams of therapists and prescribers.

Regular monthly staffing with collaborating prescribers ensures coordination, while meetings and caseloads occur virtually and on a schedule chosen by the clinician.

Qualificações

• Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) and open to licensing in alternative states (AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA)
• Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred but not required.
• Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ and transgender community desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills

• Clinical work is performed from home, and days and hours are per the clinician's choosing. Clinical team meetings are also virtual.
• Seeking someone excited to collaborate actively in a team-based format to ensure coordination between our Psychiatric and counselor providers.

• Compensation is hourly, there is a medical insurance benefit for those therapists able to offer full-time hours.
