Job summary

BlueSky Telepsych is seeking licensed psychotherapists to join a clinician-led, patient-centered telehealth team. You’ll practice from home with flexible days and hours, focusing on evidence-based care and patient privacy.

The role emphasizes collaboration with prescribers and counselors, regular monthly staffing, and autonomy free from corporate interference, with eligible full-time hours receiving medical insurance benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) and open to licensing in multiple states.
• Significant clinical experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with LGBTQ+ and transgender populations desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy via telehealth from home with flexible hours.
• Collaborate in a team-based format with prescribers and counselors.
• Participate in regular staffing with collaborating prescribers, at least monthly.
• Maintain clear clinical documentation and coordinate patient care.
• Eligible for medical insurance benefit when full-time hours are worked.

Job Requirements:

• Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) and open to licensing in alternative states (AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA)
• Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred but not required.
• Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ and transgender community desired.
