BlueSky Telepsych is seeking licensed clinicians to provide evidence‑based psychotherapy via telehealth. You will work autonomously in the patient's best interests and build your caseload with support from a collaborative team of therapists and prescribers.

Clinical work is conducted from home with virtual team meetings. Compensation is hourly, and a medical insurance benefit is available for those who work full‑time.

Qualificações

• Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) and open to licensing in multiple states.
• Significant clinical experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience with diverse populations (LGBTQ+ and transgender) is desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical psychotherapy in a telehealth setting with patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including prescribers to coordinate care monthly.
• Maintain flexible caseloads and schedule per clinician preference.
• Participate in regular virtual staffing and team meetings.
• Work from home with autonomy and minimal corporate administrative interference.

• We emphasize regular staffing with your collaborating prescribers, at least monthly, to discuss patient cases or clinical topics.
• Clinical work is performed from home, and days and hours are per the clinician's choosing. Clinical team meetings are also virtual.
• Compensation is hourly, there is a medical insurance benefit for those therapists able to offer full-time hours.
• Seeking someone excited to collaborate actively in a team-based format to ensure coordination between our Psychiatric and counselor providers.

Job Requirements:

• Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) and open to licensing in alternative states (AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA)
• Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred but not required.
• Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ and transgender community desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
