Job summary

LensCrafters is hiring a Licensed Team Lead in West Chester Township, OH. You will deliver exceptional customer care and supervise key optical and lab processes, guiding the team to high standards of service and accuracy.

You will apply your opticianry license, optical knowledge and leadership experience to mentor staff, perform precise lens work and maintain a safe, efficient store environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• Current and valid state Opticianry license is required.
• Strong interpersonal and math skills are essential.
• Sales ability and problem solving are important.
• Experience with edging/mounting and basic optics helps.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in retail settings.
• Assist customers with selections, give recommendations, aid sales associates.
• Serve as an alternate store key holder.
• Perform lens fitting, measurements and adjust eyewear as needed.
• Ensure optical standards and safety in lab and store operations.

Education

HS diploma/GED

Current & valid state Opticianry license

Strong inter-personal skills

Strong basic math skills

Sales skills

Problem solving ability

Familiarity with cash register, computers & calculators

Leadership & training experience

Edging & mounting experience

Basic optics knowledge & optical measurement experience
