Job summary

LensCrafters in Cincinnati is seeking a Team Lead to deliver exceptional customer service and support store and lab operations, ensuring customers and patients are delighted.

The role requires an HS diploma, strong optical and retail experience, leadership skills, and knowledge of optical theory and merchandise; you will train staff, assist in selections, and uphold optical standards while maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; optical retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise essential.
• Strong interpersonal and sales skills for customer interactions.
• Ability to train and lead staff; supervisory experience a plus.
• Familiarity with eyewear edging, mounting and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Provide unsurpassed customer service to customers and patients.
• Assist in lens selections and guide sales staff.
• Serve as a responsible alternate store key holder.
• In lab (if applicable) perform edging, mounting, and quality checks.
• Ensure optical standards and safety in the lab and store.
