LensCrafters in Cincinnati, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Licensed Team Lead to deliver exceptional customer service, manage optical and lab processes, and support store success.

Under state Opticianry license, you will assist customers with lens selections, perform digital measurements, lead training, and act as alternate store key holder. A HS diploma and active license are required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED required.
• Current & valid state Opticianry license required.
• Strong optical & retail experience.
• Knowledge of current optical theory & merchandise.
• Strong communicator & listener.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Sales skills.
• Problem solving ability.
• Familiarity with cash register, computers & calculators.
• Leadership & training experience.
• Edging & mounting experience.
• Basic optics knowledge & optical measurement experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure LensCrafters team provides unsurpassed Customer Service.
• Proactive & solution driven, accurate execution & product knowledge.
• Assist customers with selections, provide recommendations, assist sales associates.
• Serve as a responsible alternate store key holder.
• Under current & valid state Opticianry license perform lens-related services and measurements.
• Oversee lab activities: custom fits, ensure optical standards, maintain lab tools and safety.
