LensCrafters in Glen Mills, PA seeks a Team Lead who will deliver exceptional customer service, manage optical and lab processes, and help achieve store success. You will supervise retail operations, assist customers with selections, train sales associates, and ensure accurate product knowledge; lab duties are optional depending on assignment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Strong optical and retail experience.
• Knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Basic math, sales skills, and problem solving.
• Familiarity with cash registers, computers and calculators.
• Leadership and training experience.
• Edging and mounting experience.
• Basic optics knowledge and optical measurement experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customers are delighted.
• Proactively and accurately execute store processes with product knowledge.
• Assist customers with selections and provide recommendations to sales staff.
• Serve as a responsible alternate store key holder.
• If in lab, ensure precise prescription placement and maintenance of lab tools.
• Strengthen staff knowledge through coaching on lens and lab processes.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
• Maintain safe working environment and safe work practices.
