PJ Morgan Real Estate in Omaha, NE is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join a growing team in a full-time role. You will support Sales Operations with data entry, file auditing, and agent communication across residential and commercial listings.

The position reports to the Sales Operations Manager and requires a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating on-call Saturdays. A customer-service mindset, confidentiality, and strong communication are essential as you help deliver exceptional real

Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and a customer service spirit.
Real estate license/experience preferred but not required.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, sensitivity and professionalism.
Above average written and oral communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

Data-entry and maintenance of residential and commercial listed properties.
Auditing sales contract files and maintaining active and closed transaction files.
Communication with agents on missing incomplete paperwork.
Collaborate with marketing team to provide materials to agents as needed.
Other tasks and projects as assigned.
