Qualifications

• Current HVAC/R Mechanical Contractor license in good standing.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• 3-5 years of experience in facilities management or related field.
• Strong HVAC/mechanical knowledge essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians.
• Oversee HVAC/R and building maintenance.
• Partner with Store Managers to resolve facility needs.
• Use analytics to improve equipment reliability.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance as needed.
• Conduct site inspections for safety and compliance.
