Job summary

Walmart is seeking a dynamic Licensed Manager/HVAC in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee preventive and predictive maintenance across a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians and work with store managers and vendors to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant facilities for associates and customers.

The role offers a generous compensation package with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, a salary range of $90,000–$180,000, bonus incentives, and extensive benefits including a 401(k) match,

Qualifications

• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience.
• Leadership skills to motivate and develop others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cause and breakdown analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel 50%+ within the region and maintain Mechanical Contractor Licenses where employed.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors when required.
• Prepare reports and conduct analytics on maintenance operations.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and permit schedules as required by codes.
• Participate in training to stay current with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
