Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field; 3 years’ facilities/engineering experience, or 5 years’ facilities management experience.
• 3–5 years general maintenance/building maintenance experience.
• Electrical, plumbing, or mechanical experience.
