Job summary

Pulte Homes of Minnesota (PulteGroup) seeks driven Sales Trainees/Consultants to learn the sales process from training to closing. This role offers the chance to grow within a Fortune 500 homebuilder with multiple brands and a strong benefits package.

Initial training lasts at least three months, with opportunities to progress to a Sales Consultant. Applicants should be licensed real estate professionals and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Washington real estate license required; license in OR/WA preferred.
• Completion of the Sales Associate Learning & Certification Program.
• Valid driver’s license is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Sell and close Pulte/Centex products and meet CSMS goals.
• Generate leads from referrals and core realtor group.
• Present models, spec homes, and community amenities to prospects.
• Explain payments, taxes, insurance, CC&Rs, HOA, and club membership details.
• Prepare paperwork for each sale and for prospective purchasers.
• Coordinate with design center, mortgage, inspection, and settlement teams.
• Keep buyers updated on construction start/completion and guide through closing.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate departments.
