The Bob & Ronna Group is seeking an Inside Sales/Client Engagement Specialist to thrive in a fast-paced real estate environment in Maryland and Virginia. This is an in-office, full-time role requiring evening and weekend availability, with a Maryland or Virginia real estate license.

You will engage with inquiries, nurture relationships, manage CRM and pipelines, and pair clients with the right Outside Sales Agent to ensure customer success.
