Job summary

The Bob & Ronna Group in Maryland is seeking a Client Engagement Specialist for an in-office, full-time role. You will engage with inquiries, build lasting relationships, and help connect clients with the right Outside Sales Agent in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Evening and weekend availability is required, and candidates must hold Maryland and/or Virginia real estate licenses. The role offers a competitive salary with bonus opportunities, health insurance options, 401K with employer

Qualifications

• Must have MD and/or VA real estate license.
• Evening and weekend availability required.
• In-office position in MD/VA.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage with inquiries via calls, texts, and emails.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers through exceptional service.
• Manage and update CRM and sales pipeline systems.
