Job summary
The Bob & Ronna Group in Maryland is seeking a Client Engagement Specialist for an in-office, full-time role. You will engage with inquiries, build lasting relationships, and help connect clients with the right Outside Sales Agent in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Qualifications
- Must have MD and/or VA real estate license.
- Evening and weekend availability required.
- In-office position in MD/VA.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
Responsibilities
- Engage with inquiries via calls, texts, and emails.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through exceptional service.
- Manage and update CRM and sales pipeline systems.
- Connect clients with the right Outside Sales Agent for their needs.
- Maintain relationships with past clients and collaborate with the sales team.
