Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support to licensed programs, including preschool and childcare programs.
• Gathers and handles program fees in line with defined processes and policies.
• Ensures polite and timely customer service for County staff, vendors, residents, and visitors; directs customers to designated staff members.
• Carries out designated special assignments either autonomously or as part of a group.
• Maintains required program documentation.
• Other essential duties related to the role may be required.
