AEG is seeking an Assistant Practice Manager to inspire the team, ensure exceptional patient experiences, and drive meaningful business results. You will support daily operations, optimize patient flow, and coordinate staff across practice functions on the shop floor.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes developing people, managing service standards, and preparing for expanded responsibilities over time within a fast-paced optical care environment.

Formación

• Experience in optical or healthcare service environments.
• 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, organization, collaboration and follow-up skills.
• Ability to learn across multiple practice positions to support patient care and operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn across multiple practice positions and support roles.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Practice Manager with daily operations, patient flow, team coordination, service execution, and real-time practice needs.
• Work actively on the practice floor and assist across practice functions to support patient care, staffing gaps, and operational execution.
• Learn and support key practice roles, including patient care coordination, optical sales and service, technician/clinical support, and daily routines.
• Assist with onboarding, coaching, and team development per Practice Manager guidance.
• Serve as the designated practice point of contact in the Manager's absence when assigned.
