Job summary

Complete Care is seeking an LPN Supervisor for the 11pm-7am shift in New Jersey. You will directly supervise the night nursing staff, perform rounds, and ensure compliance with regulations. The role offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package. LPN licensure in NJ is required, with a preferred 1 year of long-term care experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents, and resident family members
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Practical Nurse License
• At least 1 year of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred but not required
