Job summary

Complete Care at Laurelton is seeking an LPN Supervisor for a full-time night shift (11pm-7am) in Brick Township, NJ. The role supervises nursing staff, conducts rounds, and provides education to staff, residents, and families.

Applicants should hold an Associate or Bachelor’s in Nursing with a current NJ RN license. One year of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred but not required. Excellent benefits and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey RN License.
• At least 1 year of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift.
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents, and resident family members.
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator.
