Complete Care at Monmouth is actively seeking an LPN Supervisor to lead nursing staff across shifts in a compassionate, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
• Current, unencumbered New Jersey RN license.
• At least 1 year of long-term care or subacute experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift, overseeing medications, blood draws, and patient care activities.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times per shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents, and resident families as needed.
• Ensure staff perform duties in compliance with applicable guidelines and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator
