Job summary

Complete Care in New Jersey seeks an RN/LPN Supervisor to lead and mentor nursing staff, oversee daily clinical operations, and ensure residents receive high-quality care in a warm, collaborative setting.

The role requires an active nursing license, relevant experience, and a commitment to compliance and education for staff and residents’ families. Sign-on bonus applies and full-time schedule on-3-11p or 11-7a shifts.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Practical Nurse License.
• At least 1 year of long-term care or subacute experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift and monitor medications and patient care tasks.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times per shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents and families as needed.
• Ensure staff perform duties in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care

• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift

• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members

• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines

• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator
