Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid LPN license in good standing with the state.
• Must have basic computer skills and be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be able to work beyond normal hours including weekends/holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with standards and regulations.
• Comply with community and departmental policies and procedures.
• Assist in admission, discharge, and daily hygiene care for residents.
• Monitor residents’ conditions, document changes, and report to the Charge Nurse.
• Perform routine nursing tasks such as procedures, charting, and basic treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and ensure respectful interactions with residents and families.
